Graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru, Master of Laws in Business and Finance Law at George Washington University, Washington DC, USA. Trade Diploma in Port Management and State Ports Madrid-Spain. With experience in Corporate Law, Customs, International Trade and Conflict Resolution. He is currently professor of Business Law Course and International Trade Law and Contracts at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC) and serves as Arbitrator and Conciliator Settlement in the National Superintendency of Health Assurance. He has also been Director and General Rapporteur of the Inter-American Bar Association (IABA).
